What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer Specialty/Handyman position at Jack's Maintenance Service?
Jack’s Maintenance Service is currently looking to hire several hard working and driven General Laborers.
As a General Laborer, we will depend on you for a variety of job duties. (Core job responsibilities including but not limited to):
- Construction Clean Up
- Carpet and furniture cleaning
- Remodeling
- Floor Installation
- Pressure Washing
- Interior commercial painting
- Window cleaning
- Vacancy and commercial kitchen cleaning
- Ceramic tile and grout cleaning
- Repair of buildings, floors, or stairs
- Water damage repair
- Installing drywall
- Tile flooring
- Epoxy coating
General Laborer Qualifications and Requirements:
- Effectively communicate with people, including account personnel, supervisors and other Jack’s Maintenance employees
- Take ownership of their work and provide the highest quality service
- Flexibility in schedule to include varying shifts and days. 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Two weekends a month are required
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record is preferred
- Position contingent on the ability to pass an acceptable criminal background screening and drug test
