What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Parts Dismantler position at Jack's Used Cars & Parts?
Dismantle vehicles in a safe, efficient and proper manner
Label and tag parts with stock numbers to be placed into stock
Check the quality of parts
Adhere to company policies regarding safety, quality of work, attendance and other applicable policies
Takes pictures of parts
Sits, stands, bends, lifts 50-75 lbs
General automotive knowledge
Remove and properly dispose of fluids including oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, power brake fluid, gasoline, diesel, and anti-freeze
Other duties as assigned.
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS!
Strong willingness to learn and work with little or no supervision
Positive and enthusiastic
Dependable, hard working and driven
Strong time management skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, team player
