The Ford Remote Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating remote services for clients at Jack Schmitt Ford. - Coordinate remote services for clients, including scheduling appointments, arranging pick-up and drop-off of vehicles, and facilitating communication between clients and service department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with service department to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and client communications.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, updating databases, and preparing reports.
