Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and text.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications for customer support tasks.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service is required.
