Jackie Cooper BMW and Mini of Edmond is accepting applications for dedicated, motivated, ultra savvy sales professionals to join our selective BMW sales team. This position will focus on all aspects of sales, including product knowledge and guidance, lease / finance structures, and client interaction.

We offer competitive pay that consists of a kick start base salary plus commission pay plan during your structured training period.

Responsibilities

  • Helps clients select a vehicle by asking the questions necessary to find them the perfect fit for their transportation needs
  • Provides product demonstrations and test drives
  • Guides potential clients through the sales process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle
  • Works with management to structure leases / purchases
  • Builds rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and establish a customer network
  • Acquires knowledge of the BMW product line
  • Attends product and sales training as necessary
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Two years of relevant automotive sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Superior verbal and written communication and problem solving skills, essential for effective client interactions and documentation
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a high-performance team environment
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor at all times
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements are mandatory
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and product training
