- Understand and communicate corporate strategic vision to managers and sales/service teams. Make smart tactical decisions based on market conditions while overseeing sales teams, inventory and business operations.
- Recruit and retain top talent. Train and set measurable performance standards. Must be able to contribute to training and lead a team of managers overseeing sales and service departments.
