Job Description
Porsche Tulsa is seeking a passionate and driven Brand Ambassador to join our team in Tulsa. As the face of our prestigious brand, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences to our discerning clientele while representing the Porsche legacy of performance and luxury.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing Porsche customers, providing expert guidance on our vehicle lineup and brand heritage
- Conduct engaging product presentations and test drives, showcasing the unique features and performance capabilities of Porsche vehicles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious buying experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with Porsche product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information
- Participate in local events and auto shows to promote the Porsche brand and generate new leads
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and follow up on sales opportunities
- Contribute to the dealership's social media presence, creating engaging content that highlights the Porsche lifestyle
- Ensure the showroom and vehicle displays maintain the highest standards of presentation
- Assist in coordinating special events and VIP customer experiences
