Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Manage and optimize the bar program, including creating seasonal menus and selecting drink offerings.
- Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring staff are trained on product knowledge, customer service, and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory control, order supplies, and manage costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure all alcohol-related laws and regulations are adhered to.
- Supervise and train bar staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing ongoing feedback.
- Work with management to develop and implement marketing strategies for the bar program.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns related to beverages, ensuring prompt resolution.
Qualification Requirements:
