Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assume responsibility for guest accommodations in banquet dining areas.
- Set tables according to specifications.
- Monitor and attend to all supplies, including clean-up and storage.
- Interact with guests and staff members in a warm, friendly, outgoing and energetic manner.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior food and beverage service experience preferred.
- Prior experience working with the public preferred.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
- Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
