Salary Range: $14.00 - $22.94 Hourly
Job Shift: Morning/Afternoon ( Weekends)
Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Greet all guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Manage golf cart fleet, including daily cleaning, recharging, cart staging and routine maintenance.
- Assist guests in all areas of responsibility, including handling bags, loading clubs onto carts, cleaning clubs and attending to guests needs before and after their round.
- Oversee driving range, including daily range set-up and break-down, monitoring range usage, maintaining an adequate supply of clean range balls, picking range balls and adhering to a set range rotation schedule.
- Keep outside area and cart facility neat and clean at all times.
- Promote Dacotah Ridge Golf Course and Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel as appropriate.
- Assist with tournament preparation, administration and pro shop operations as requested.
- Monitor weather conditions, and assist guests with seeking shelter when weather conditions dictate suspension of play.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous golf course experience helpful.
- Must meet departmental golf cart operation policy.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of golf, golf carts, golf equipment and outside service operations.
- Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work nights and weekends.

- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Mobility throughout the facility.
- Able to bend and stoop repeatedly.
- Able to lift and carry heavy golf bags.
- Able to walk extensively.
