Salary Range: $18.00 - $29.50 Hourly
Job Shift: Afternoon/Evening/Late Night ( Weekends)
Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manage player accounts and comps based on recorded play, earned points, comp availability and patron profitability.
- Assume responsibility for all player comping.
- Maintain current knowledge of all special events and promotions.
- Utilize Hot Player and Active Monitor to recognize premium and mid-level guests.
- Compensate premium and mid-level guests accordingly.
- Sell and promote Rewards Club and Jackpot Junction through daily contact with VIP guests.
- Utilize security monitor to identify misused cards.
- Enroll guests into Rewards Club.
- Assist guests and identify situations that may require a supervisors assistance.
- Engage in telemarketing and make follow-up calls as needed.
- Complete daily host report.
- Serve as a personal one-on-one contact with VIP guests.
- Serve as Master of Ceremonies for events, parties and tournaments.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in Casino Operations required.
- Experience with player development preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong public speaking and public relations skills.
- Strong telephone skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Windows application and use of a mouse.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality of classified information.
- Able to tactfully and diplomatically deal with public and staff.
- Able to work any shift as needed.
- Able to work independently.
- Neat, professional appearance.
- High level of initiative.
- Positive attitude.
UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS
