Family / Internal Medicine Physician Locums Job in Vermont January 2025 and Ongoing Assignment

Coverage Needed :

  • Looking for 1 MD with Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine with preference of Geriatric experience, however not required.
  • Starting late January / early February for 3-6 months.
  • Hours are 8A-5P, Monday-Friday

Assignment Details :

  • Provide quality care to patients in a nursing home setting
  • Shifts : Monday-Friday 8A-5P preferred or could consider M-TH 8A-5P
  • On call : Physician yes however negotiable
  • Procedures : Admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, 30 days evaluations
  • Patient load : 8-12 patients per day
  • Fellowship : Geriatrics
  • Accept Experience Over Fellowship : Yes
  • Board Status requirement (BC / BE) : Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
  • Certifications required BLS
  • Additional support staff : Yes
  • Provider is working with APP s and MDs
  • Mid levels : Yes, no the locums would not be responsible however and APP may need to consult with them
  • EMR System : Point Click Care and EPIC
