Primary Responsibilities :
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new / used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Attend product and sales training courses.
- Follow up on all post-delivery items such as title / paperwork, feature & benefit usage and any special requests to ensure that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.
