Job Title: Sales BDC Agent
Location: Toyota of Rockwall
Are you a dynamic communicator with a knack for turning leads into loyal customers? Toyota of Rockwall is seeking an enthusiastic Sales BDC Agent to join our team as a key assistant in driving our dealership's success. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, setting the tone for our dealership by providing outstanding service and scheduling appointments that convert inquiries into sales. You will work closely under the leadership of our BDC Director, ensuring that our customer interactions and appointment scheduling processes are executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle incoming calls and proactively reach out to leads generated through various channels. Engage with customers, answer their questions, and set appointments with our sales team.
- Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, budget, and buying timelines to identify and prioritize qualified leads.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring every customer receives a personalized and informative experience.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer concerns and effectively handling objections.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data and track follow-up activities using our CRM system.
- Dealership Representation: Embody Toyota of Rockwall’s values and commitment to excellence in every customer interaction.
- Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics such as call volume, appointment set rate, and conversion rate, and provide regular reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional phone presence.
- Strong listening and questioning abilities to understand customer needs.
- Persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and secure appointments.
- Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with dealership management systems.
- Basic knowledge of automotive industry standards and sales processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work under the leadership of the BDC Director to achieve team goals.
Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: OFF
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: OFF
