CRNA Locums Job | Hospital / ASC in Goshen, Indiana
Details of Assignment :
- Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm
- Call is 3 : 30pm-7am. Primary Call shifts are in-house. Secondary Call shifts are beeper call - 30 minutes. Call is 3 weeknights per month potentially more as assignment continues. In-House call provider will have an anesthesia only call room. Call is also on weekends. Roughly 7 weekends of call / year or 1 weekend call shift every 1.5 months.
- Case Mix : Mostly General, Endo, Ortho, Urology, High risk OB (Including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Live. Some Vascular, ENT Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, Very light Cardiac (TEE and Brain-Back.) Endo is mainly at the ASC - about 2100 cases per year
- High Case Volume. All providers work their own cases, high risk-OB as mentioned above. 1300 births per year.
- Need to be proficient and have case logs for spinals, epidurals, and blocks
- CRNAs work independently.
- 6 CRNAs, 4 MDs Daily. 1 provider on post call day off from first call.
