Assignment Details / Requirements #106128 :
- Scheduled hours call (beeper call has a 30 minute response time)
- Active and unrestricted Arizona license required
- NBCRNA
- ACLS, BLS certifications required
- Average 5 patients per day
- Facility details : EMR : Cerner, 4 OR Beds, Practice Setting : Inpatient
- Credentialing timeline of 90 days, temp privileges available
- Case mix required : Complete ortho, complex vascular (except open hearts), Neuro Spine, Vent management, Evaluation and management of acute volume / BP issues
- Case mix preferred : Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Pain Management techniques, Post-op epidurals, Post-op Extremity blocks, Central lines, A-Lines, PA Catheter placement
- No Peds, No Thoracic, No Trauma
