Job Description
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for facilitating the performance improvement, continuous quality improvement, and quality assurance programs in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and LifeCare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors and oversees the Infection Control program for the facility.
- Maintains a liaison with patients, families, support departments, etc. to adequately plan for patient needs.
- Expert knowledge in field of practice.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled ADON who can lead our nursing services department and provide exceptional care to our patients.
