Assignment Details / Requirements () :
Coverage Needed from July through August 2025
Monday through Friday 8AM-4 : 30PM
Board Certification required
Active Ohio license required
BLS certification required
Two locations : Hospital Outpatient Center and Free Standing Cancer Center
Two physicians and two APPs in practice
25-30 outpatient; 1-2 inpatient per day
Required Procedures : 3D Radiotherapy, Conventional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
