What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROPERTY AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST position at Jackson County Bank?
Performs routine maintenance of building surfaces, fixtures, systems and equipment for assigned JCBank locations. Addresses urgent needs of structures, fixtures, systems and equipment as needed or requested through maintenance work orders or supervisor. Completes minor mechanical / electrical repairs as needed. Performs general landscaping duties as assigned. Maintains all painted surfaces of buildings, fences and equipment not requiring the use of high lifts or other specialized equipment. Assists with the monitoring of on-site vendor and contractor visits for various maintenance, repairs and projects. Installs and removes the Bank's Marketing promotional material as scheduled. Picks up and delivers equipment, furniture, mail and packages as scheduled or assigned. Assists with Bank-sponsored event set up and take down needs as scheduled and requested. Assists AVP, Facilities & Purchasing Officer upon request.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associates Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years equipment and property maintenance experience required
- Certification or license in areas such as carpentry, construction, mechanical or electrical preferred
