Description
The Retail Loan Operations Specialist performs a variety of administrative and customer service functions related to the support of retail loans retained in JCBank’s portfolio and loans sold to third-party investors. Performs administrative functions related to maintaining and providing loan account and bank loan product information as well as problem solving support to Retail Loan supervision, retail loan officers, other departments, vendors, borrowers and other entities.
Requirements
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND/OR ABILITIES
- Knowledge of Freddie Mac and FHLBI secondary market policies and procedures
- Knowledge of accounting principles relating to reconciliations and secondary market
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous banking experience preferred
- Previous mortgage loan investor accounting experience preferred
