Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Technology Systems Administrator to support the IT needs of Jackson County Fire District 3.
- Manage Microsoft, Azure, and iOS infrastructure to ensure efficient system performance.
- Upgrade, install, and configure application software and computer hardware to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support on duty staff and responders to minimize downtime.
- Create and manage system roles and permissions to maintain data security.
- Monitor system and network performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain networks and backup systems to ensure business continuity.
