About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Systems Administrator to join our IT team at Jackson County Fire District 3.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft, Azure, and iOS infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance.
- Install, upgrade, and configure application software and computer hardware to meet business needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to duty staff and responders.
- Create and manage system roles and permissions to maintain data security and integrity.
- Monitor system and network performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize resources.
- Maintain networks and backup systems to ensure business continuity and minimal downtime.
