School Psychologist-Part Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate School Psychologist to work part-time (50%) to support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, interpreting assessment data, collaborating with educators and families, developing intervention plans, and contributing to IEP and 504 processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in consultation, problem-solving, and promoting a positive school climate.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in School Psychology
• Eligible to hold a GaPSC issued service certificate

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in School Psychology or related field
• Hold a GaPSC issued service certificate in School Psychology
• Experience working in a school system setting

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a standard in-person school setting
• Regularly involves standing, speaking, and interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
• May require occasional lifting of materials or equipment
• Requires the ability to use classroom technology, including projectors, computers, and learning management systems
• Regular work hours are during the school day, with occasional evening or weekend commitments for parent-teacher conferences or professional development

Employment Terms:

• 190 Work Calendar-20 hrs per week
• Annual Salary based on degree level and previous years of experience in a similar role

• This position is eligible for JCSS certified benefits
