Jackson County Medical Care Facility is a 194-bed, Eden Alternative certified home where residents, family members, and Care Partners are actively involved in their care decisions and lifestyle choices, creating a supportive home environment. JCMCF was recognized as one of the top 400 nursing homes in the United States in Newsweek's "Best Nursing Homes" rankings for 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024, ranking in the top 10 each year! Most recently, JCMCF has been recognized as a Bronze Quality Award winner by the American Healthcare Association (AHCA)! 

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced candidate to join our team as the Director of Human Resources. 

This candidate must be both an advocate for our Carepartners and residents. They must be experienced in leading and managing others as well as have a heart for the development of our most important resource; our people. The ideal candidate will be process improvement minded as well as well versed in strategic human resources.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or SHRM certification required
  • Desire to continue to build your skillset and grow beyond your current capabilities.
  • Experience working with multiple unions.
  • Experience in a long-term care setting.

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
