If so, we are looking for you! Jackson County Mental Health (JCMH) is hiring for Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) on our ACT Team. As part of our team, you’ll gain experience, build expertise, and develop skills that will help you advance your behavioral health career.
ACT Therapist/Social Worker
The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team is interviewing for a master’s level therapist. ACT is an internationally utilized service model known for decades as an innovative, highly personalized, client-centered, evidenced-based treatment program focused on delivering intensive, community-level support to individuals living with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to providing strength-based, comprehensive treatment, promoting recovery, and enhancing quality of life. The ACT therapist will work with clients and the ACT team members toward increasing an understanding of client care. Applicants who have comfort with and/or affinity for working with individuals experiencing psychosis and who also enjoy a team approach to care are encouraged to apply. New graduates (and seasoned clinicians) will receive ample support and experience with assessments, treatment planning, and training in appropriate modalities.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (your degree should be conferred no later than September 2025)
- QMHP-C or QMHP-R certification by the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for working in a team-based, client-centered environment.
- Experience with individuals experiencing serious mental illness, substance use, or crisis situations is a plus.
