What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapy Assistant, PRN (As Needed) position at Jackson County Regional Health Center?
Purpose: Assists occupational therapists in providing treatment to patients within Jackson County Health Center in a caring, professional and efficient manner. These setting may include inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. The assistant may provide treatment independently according to State practice guidelines. The assistant is responsible for assisting the therapist in reassessment. To complete necessary documentation in an accurate and timely manner. To supervise clinical interns in an effective and professional manner with the guidance and assistance of supervising occupational therapist.
Employment Status: PRN
Working Hours: 7:00 am until 5:30pm; Varies - as needed
Working Days: Varies; as needed
