- This position will not average more than 20 hours per week and it is not in a benefited category.
- This position works in a 24-hour facility.
- Must pass a criminal background check prior to hire.

Examples of Principle Duties and Position Function:
Any one position may not include all the duties listed nor do the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in this extra help position.
- Monitor daily work and activities for Transition Center participants.
- Maintain security, order and schedule activities within the Center, respond to participant requests as needed.
- Assist in enhancing criminal participants’ skill level in time management, work ethics, appropriate boundaries, anger management, interpersonal skills, personal responsibility and accountability.
- Oversee meal preparation and serving, laundry, housekeeping, etc.
- Submit participants to breath, urine testing, and conduct searches of person and property as needed in accordance with facility regulations.
- Provide for participants’ physical needs; monitor medications as prescribed.
Licenses, Certificates and Other Requirements:
- Possession of a valid, appropriate Oregon Driver’s License and a good driving record. Must obtain first aid certification within six months of employment.
