In this hybrid position, you'll spend 2-3 days a week in our new Dearborn, MI office, collaborating with a talented team that thrives on pushing boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
New Business
- Business Growth Champion: Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain senior-level client relationships that ensure unparalleled satisfaction and loyalty.
Account Management
- Lead with Confidence: Represent Jackson Dawson and our clients with poise and authority, guiding our teams through exciting projects.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain an in-depth understanding of program Scope of Work to ensure we consistently exceed client expectations.
- Collaborative Spirit: Establish regular checkpoints with cross-functional teams to stay informed about programs, opportunities, and key highlights.
- Adaptable Team Player: Be ready to tackle additional duties as needed, showcasing your flexibility and can-do attitude.
Team Leadership
- Inspire Excellence: Lead a cross-functional Account Team that includes content creators, digital strategists, program managers, and production experts.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Advertising; MBA preferred.
- 8 years in managing accounts within event marketing, training, or experiential marketing sectors.
- Strong ability to connect the dots across various aspects of account management and client relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proven presentation abilities.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully leading agile teams toward shared goals.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, often on short noticebecause great ideas can happen anywhere!
