Responsibilities
- Creating an efficient work environment for our technicians through proactive communication and planning.
- Install, maintain, and/or repair electrical wiring, systems, controls, equipment, and fixtures
- Collaborate with project managers, other electricians, and team members to plan and execute tasks efficiently and effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and relevant regulations during all stages of work
- Monitoring field technicians to ensure instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained
- Attend company-wide meetings
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer-relations skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated proper phone and email etiquette, with an emphasis on responsiveness.
- Ability to lead and organize a job and employees.
- Previous Electrical experience in the field.
- Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening test and background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with an 10-hour shift. Weekend work and overtime are available. The successful candidate must be able to commute or relocate to Greenville, SC.
