We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our HR Compliance team. The primary responsibility of this role is to audit various HR documents and accurately record the findings in an Excel spreadsheet. This position involves a significant amount of data entry and requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Audit HR documents for accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of audit findings.
- Accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with other HR compliance tasks as needed.
Experience
Generally requires 0 to 3 years of related experience.
Education
High school diploma is required.
