Title: Sr. Analyst, Product Analytics
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Duties:
- Develop analytical frameworks and financial models to optimize profitability for the financial products, including loans, debit cards, and other products offered by Jackson Hewitt.
- Leverage strong aptitude for data and insights to identify new opportunities to attract clients, increase sales, optimize product performance, and reduce operating cost while driving client satisfaction.
- Lead analysis for department’s strategic initiatives. This requires a deep aptitude for numbers and the ability to distill complex business problems and product strategies.
- Analyze consumer and financial performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and manage financial product forecasts and reporting. Measure performance against plans, track performance indicators, and monitor trends.
- Drive delivery of high-impact analytical and strategic projects in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Field Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Quantitative business field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related.
- Three (3) years in any occupation with experience within an analytics function producing data-driven insights to support positive business outcomes.
- Three (3) years in any occupation with experience within an analytics function producing data-driven insights to support positive business outcomes must include: Three (3) years of experience managing large-scale data analysis initiatives that involve unlocking value in large volumes of structured and/or unstructured data stores. Database Theory with three (3) years of experience writing and optimizing Structured Query Language (SQL) code to compile data for analysis and modeling. Three (3) years of experience structuring data, defining/creating KPIs, developing analyses, and creating reporting constructs by utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau. Three (3) years of experience applying statistical concepts such as Experimental Design and Hypothesis Testing, Regression Analysis, or Segmentation/Clustering to derive relationships between business variables. Experience must also include: Python modules such as Pandas, Numpy, or Scikit, or experience building analysis through statistical tools such as SAS, Strata, R, Alteryx, or PySpark.
Salary : $141,170 - $142,170
