POSITION SUMMARY
Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. is looking for an established and experienced Luxury Sales Associate/Client Ambassador to join an experienced luxury sales team, actively pursuing daily sales activities and achieving overall sales goals. In addition to guiding clients through their journey of selecting and purchasing fine jewelry, this individual will manage the sales and clienteling process, surpassing sales targets, and assisting the team’s efforts. While reporting to the Sales Manager, this individual will be responsible for creating and following up on leads, managing their KPI performance, and ensuring seamless client engagement. Duties will include leading outreach efforts to current and potential clients, contributing to events and social media postings/videos, qualifying cold leads, and setting appointments with senior sales staff. In order to be successful in this role, you will need mature and exceptional sales and clienteling skills,a deep understanding of the luxury sales process and superb interpersonal abilities. 1-3 years previous experience in a luxury sales environment is required. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Aggressively pursue sales targets by pushing the boundaries to exceed KPIs through innovative strategies and relentless pursuit of high-value opportunities.
- Maximize client engagement by orchestrating high-stakes consultations and capitalizing on lucrative custom design opportunities, ensuring every interaction is geared towards substantial sales closures.
- Spearhead your development through rigorous training, coaching and mentorship, focusing on cultivating top-tier sales talent capable of delivering peak performances consistently.
- Contribute to all aspects of daily sales operations with a keen eye for optimization and efficiency, ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies and client interactions.
- Consistently enhances revenue, culture, and brand image aligning with Jackson Hole Jewelry Co.’s core values.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year degree preferred
- 1-3 years luxury sales experience
- Extensive knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and fine craftsmanship required
- GIA AJP Certification preferred
- Experience with Shopify, Lightspeed, HubSpot, Podium, etc. preferred
- Superb presentation skills
- G Suite
