Role Responsibilities
- Prepare all hot drinks including espresso drinks, hot chocolate and coffee
- Prepare all food items on the menu including milkshakes and smoothies
- Sell food, beverages, and snacks and provide information as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of store, especially counter space
- Stock retail shelves, bottled beverages, condiments and paper goods
- Keep customer areas clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by exceeding guests’ expectations
- Keep restaurant tidy
- Keep condiments, cups, flatware and self-serve dispensers stocked and cleaned
- Operate cash resister/computer to record all transactions
