Position Overview
Operate and maintain the Ropes Course in a safe manner, paying attention to all aspects of guest service, guest activity and guest safety.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide a safe environment for guests and staff to participate in while promoting safety, fun and learning at the highest level.
- Keep Ropes Course facilities and equipment maintained and in safe working order.
- Follow standard protocol to ensure the highest level of safety.
- Assist guests and explain basic course procedures.
- Scan all activity tickets.
- Ropes Course experience preferred
- Must complete Bonsai Guide Certification upon first day of work.
- Inspect and maintain gear and Ropes Course components.
