Nanny/Live in/Live out 4 day work week

Full-Time Nanny Position: Thursday-Sunday (40 hours/week) 3 full days off a week!Location: Jackson, WY (with weekend travel to family ranch)Schedule: Thursday through Sunday, 40 hours per week (guaranteed 40 hours)Compensation: $35-$45 per hour, plus health insurance stipend and paid time offAccommodations: Provided during weekends at the family ranch

About the Family:An active and loving family based in Jackson, WY, looking for a dedicated full-time nanny to help care for three young children, including an infant. The position requires travel to the family ranch on weekends, where the nanny will be provided accommodations. The ideal nanny would be a professional, experienced, and engaged nanny who thrives in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Childcare: Partner with the parents to provide attentive care for three children, all under the age of 3, including an infant. Duties will include diaper changes, feeding, naps, and age-appropriate activities.
• Play & Engagement: Facilitate playtime and activities that stimulate the children’s development, including reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
• Assist Parents: Team up with the parents to ensure a smooth daily routine for the children and household.
• Household Support: When the parents are spending time with the children, help maintain a tidy and functional household, including:
• Washing dishes, folding laundry, and light organizing
• Wiping down surfaces, taking out garbage, and keeping areas clean
• Helping with pet care
• Packing support for weekend travels
• Weekend Travel: Travel with the family to their ranch three weekends out of the month (2 hours away from Jackson, WY). Provide care and support for the children in the ranch environment. Accommodations will be provided on-site.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Previous nanny or childcare experience working with young children, including infants, is essential. Experience with multiple children under 3 years old is preferred.
• Active & Engaged: Must be energetic, proactive, and enjoy being actively engaged with children in both structured and free-form play.
• Adaptable: Able to stay calm and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to read the room and understand when to pitch in or step back..
• Reliable & Trustworthy: Demonstrates strong communication skills and trustworthiness. Must be punctual and reliable.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to keep up with a busy household and manage the physical demands of caring for young children in an active home.
