What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Jackson Hospital and Clinic?
Function as Executive Assistant to President/CEO and performing secretarial and executive duties as assigned. Coordinate general handling of inquiries, complaints and other correspondence directed to CEO. Performs duties related to Board of Trustees and Corporate Membership and Leadership Team. Maintains calendars and coordinates all travel arrangements for recruitment activities and CEO as needed. Coordinates Board functions and Board committee meetings.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma with relative experience.
Experience: Two to five years administrative secretarial experience.
