What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Pharmacy Technician position at Jackson Hospital?
The Pharmacy Technician works with the Pharmacist-In-Charge in the preparation and distribution of medications. Education / Experience - High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience preferred, but not required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Registered as a Pharmacy Technician and in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy. Certified Pharmacy Technician as required by state law.
Language Ability - Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Able to speak effectively to customers or other members of the organization.
