D365 Business Central Administrator – $110,000
A growing Manufacturing business based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Administrator to optimize their ERP system and bring support in-house. This role will focus on finance and manufacturing modules, enhancing system performance, supporting users, and driving process improvements. They have just acquired a business and are looking to expand internationally so this role will offer the chance to be a key player in both projects.
The position is a hybrid position, main work can be done off site, but candidates need to be commutable just in case they're needed on site.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize D365 Business Central, with a focus on finance and manufacturing modules
- Improve system integrations, including EDI connections with vendors and customers
- Provide first-line support to internal teams, resolving ERP-related issues efficiently
- Lead the transition from an on-premise setup to a cloud-based Business Central solution
- Document system changes, maintain configurations, and train end-users
- Collaborate with finance and production teams to ensure ERP functionality aligns with business needs
Skills & Experience
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- Strong understanding of finance and manufacturing module processes and system optimization
- Experience integrating third-party applications with D365 Business Central
- Support experience (1st & 2nd line) within a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Jet Reports, Power BI) is a plus
- Wider experience in the IT Landscape is preferable e.g. some networking/infrastructure experience, however not essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
