For this role you will need to :
Analyze warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement using Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management (WMS) for Finance and Operations (F&O).
- Develop detailed functional and technical documentation for system workflows, integrations, and configurations.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management features, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical support for Dynamics 365-related warehouse and supply chain functions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system performance.
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to design and implement customizations, workflows, and reports tailored to warehouse management needs.
- Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other enterprise systems, including ERP, shipping, and inventory management tools.
