With a focus on the business services departments of the firm, the successful incumbent will be responsible for providing generalist level support to the assigned populations and collaborating with Talent Centers of Excellence to analyze people data, and support employees throughout their journeys with the firm.
Essential Functions:
- Support assigned groups in achieving talent goals for their respective departments.
- Support the recruitment process, including creating and revising job descriptions, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition to ensure positions are posted
- Coordinate and support successful integration process for business services new hires.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate team members.
- Support employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations by gathering data and documentation.
- Facilitate new hires and departing employees onboarding and exit discussions
- In conjunction with HRIS, support the collection, analysis and reporting of key HR metrics
- Manage and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
- Document best practices and standard operating procedures for various processes across the HR Department and business services departments.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least three years of human resource experience in progressive roles or functions.
- SHRM-CP a plus.

Salary : $116,000 - $130,000
