The Jackson Lewis PMO is organized to partner with leaders and teams to enable successful strategic execution by bringing a different pace and rhythm to the project execution process. The PMO drives organizational success by establishing and promoting excellence in program and project management while instilling a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. As a Program Manager, you will play a central role focused on proactively driving strategic execution by ensuring that the initiatives, workstreams and/or projects consistently deliver the business value.
You will lead and manage multiple projects with a program suite, with a focus on both technology and non-tech elements. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Data Mgmt., Marketing, Communications, HR, & Innovation, you will create project objectives and structured project plans. As a program leader, you will oversee projects from start to finish, solving problems creatively, and co-developing strategies, tools, and techniques that help achieve organizational goals. You'll communicate key decisions, track progress, and provide regular status updates. Additionally, you will optimize end-to-end processes, identify interdependencies, and support decision-making with factual, data-driven insights, both in daily operations and strategic planning.

Essential Functions
- Lead projects from Initiation to Closure using disciplined project management methodology.
- Leverage project management tools and techniques to render an efficient and effective planning and delivery process.
- Create and manage the development of the overall project plan(s) including timelines, resource planning, budgeting, risk/issue management, and reporting to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with agreed upon scope.
- Manage relationships and keep project stakeholders accurately and regularly informed of the status throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements are captured accurately and completely and technical teams understand the business needs and goals. Create personas and user stories to illustrate business requirements.
- Manage all project metadata and artifacts and develop, execute, and maintain a viable, ongoing, communications strategy.
- Partner across functional groups to identify resource, task, and project interdependencies. Communicate across related business stakeholders to ensure alignment and leverage shared capabilities.
- Act as a change agent and problem solver to create long term strategies and optimize workflows to control and manage projects in support of complex business requirements.
- Utilize team building skills and techniques, foster and promote a supportive team environment to facilitate an effective collaborative development process.
- Contribute to a positive environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement by asking, listening, communicating and coaching and being open to being coached.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field.
- At least one certification (CAPM, PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, Agile, Prince2)
- Experience with at least one project management tool (Hive, Wrike, Monday.com, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Jira, etc.)
- 8-10 years of progressive experience managing or playing a major role in cross-functional projects.
- Proven ability to build & lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across various sites.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
