Data Entry Clerk
We are looking to hire an in house data entry clerk for our Mail and Reception team at Jackson & MacNichol. We are a family law firm based in Maine that has been around for more than forty years, with a passion for guiding people through the legal wilderness. The date entry clerk is an onsite position. This role is responsible for opening, sorting, scanning and processing incoming mail. There is a high volume of paper and electronic mail that is processed at our office. You will also share coverage of the overflow calls from our receptionist.
This position is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm., Monday to Friday. Reliability and good attendance is required. We need an organized individual, a team player, and someone who can prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
