Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to patients with cardiac and surgical conditions
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Work effectively in a dynamic team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and patients
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee or a compact state
- At least one year of experience in a similar setting
- Recent Epic system experience preferred
- Willingness to travel
