In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, responsible for ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. You will play a key part in fostering strong client relationships, driving agency growth through cross-selling and proactive outreach, and supporting the overall efficiency of our agency operations.

Responsibilities

  • Client Communication : Answer inbound calls, promptly and courteously address client inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding policies, claims, and services. Manage agency emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Service Processing : Efficiently process client service requests, such as policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Sales & Retention : Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients based on their needs and proactively reach out to schedule policy reviews, ensuring clients have optimal coverage.
  • Proactive Client Management : Develop and implement strategies for proactive client outreach, including scheduling reviews, sending personalized communications, and building strong relationships.
  • Calendar & Workflow Management : Manage calendars for agency principals and producers, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal workflows to ensure seamless operations.
  • Recruiting Support : Contribute to the agency's recruiting efforts by assisting with pipeline development, scheduling interviews, and other related tasks as needed.
  • Problem Solving : Utilize your strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively, escalating complex matters as appropriate.
  • Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the agency team, including document preparation, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or sales-related role (insurance industry experience a plus, but not required).
  • Driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication 1 skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Base pay is between 15-20 dollars an hour based on experience.
