Responsibilities
- Client Communication : Answer inbound calls, promptly and courteously address client inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding policies, claims, and services. Manage agency emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Service Processing : Efficiently process client service requests, such as policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Sales & Retention : Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients based on their needs and proactively reach out to schedule policy reviews, ensuring clients have optimal coverage.
- Proactive Client Management : Develop and implement strategies for proactive client outreach, including scheduling reviews, sending personalized communications, and building strong relationships.
- Calendar & Workflow Management : Manage calendars for agency principals and producers, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal workflows to ensure seamless operations.
- Recruiting Support : Contribute to the agency's recruiting efforts by assisting with pipeline development, scheduling interviews, and other related tasks as needed.
- Problem Solving : Utilize your strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively, escalating complex matters as appropriate.
- Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the agency team, including document preparation, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.

There is also a tiered commission structure based on sold policies and bonus opportunities
