The Jackson Mitchell Agency is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate the drive to succeed, implement our training, and be coachable.
Generate quotes using the leads provided and self-generate your own.
Educate clients on insurance coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions.
Develop relationships with referral partners through networking and social media.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client needs.
Maintain strong operational processes when writing business.
