Jackson National Asset Management, LLC (JNAM) is the investment manager responsible for selecting and monitoring the asset managers of the JNL Funds – a series of proprietary mutual funds that facilitates investment freedom for contract owners within the Jackson variable annuity platform. JNAM is also responsible for providing accounting and administrative services for the Funds. In addition, JNAM directly manages several risk-based multi-strategy fund-of-fund offerings available exclusively through Jackson products.

Job Purpose
The Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for performing related daily Corporate Actions operational responsibilities for the JNAM sub-advised and third-party mutual funds. The primary responsibility will be to identify, analyze and process Corporate Actions activity in the Invest One accounting system.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Assists in the identification and processing of mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions, such as exchanges, mergers, splits, rights distributions, re-organizations and the communication of such to the Fund Accounting staff.
Prepares daily ex-dividend accrual verification to ensure proper posting of income to the funds.
Researches and reconciles Corporate Actions cash and position discrepancies as necessary with banks/sub-advisors.
Performs various daily operations, such as trade posting and custody reconciliation.
Completes other assignments and ad-hoc projects as requested.
Coordinates phone and email communication with sub-advisors, brokers, agents, and vendors.
Responsible for dividend, income recognition, and reconciliation to multiple vendors.
Accountable for monitoring class action filings and recording proceeds to Invest One (minimal filing requirements).
Ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
Minimum of 12 undergraduate hours in accounting or equivalent work experience preferred.
0-2 years work experience required.

Base Pay:
$61,000.00 - $77,000.00. The base salary for this position may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary, this role will be eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. This role will also be eligible for compensated personal time off and holidays, health benefits, 401(k) plan with generous matching and profit sharing contributions, and other benefit programs according to the Company's employment policies and subject to the formal terms of such plans and programs.Salary : $61,000 - $77,000
