Practice Details :
- Early career surgeons and new graduates in 2025 & 2026 are encouraged to apply. Medical director is eager to mentor new grads!
- Call at one location only with light call burden in a community setting.
- Growing program with projected pump volume of 130 cases annually per surgeon once established.
- Program is majority cardiac cases but also includes routine thoracic. No vascular required.
- Opportunity to build a robust thoracic program with robotics optional.
- TAVR and Watchman programs with plans for a MITRO Clip program in 2025.
- EPIC EMR.
- Community practice associated with large academic program and award-winning health system.
- APP Support : inpatient, office, and on-call.
- Applicants must be American board certified or eligible in CTS.
- New grads can expect a base salary up to $800K with additional incentives $100K Sign-on.
- Full health benefits, paid malpractice, signing bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and PTO.
