An established multi-specialty group is seeking a board certified or board eligible family medicine physician to join their growing team.

Situated in the heart of the Colorado mountains, this Rocky Mountain hidden gem provides an opportunity for excellent work-life balance and endless outdoor recreation.

Position :

4-day work week (32 patient contact hours).
Integrated care model with behavioral health onsite.
See 17 patients a day - focus on lifestyle.
Sign-on package of $65,000 provided.
