This independent, regional healthcare system, located in one of Minnesota's most affluent suburbs, is seeking to add another BE / BC OBGYN to join its growing team.

Position Details :

Join this highly collegial team of 8 OBGYN's at this top-ranked regional health system in one of Minnesota's most affluent suburbs
Optimal clinical efficiency with dedicated support staff, nursing, Epic EMR, and MFM's onsite weekly
Incredible work-life balance with a true 3- or 4-day workweek schedule
Extremely minimal call burden - be on call only 2 days per month
State-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced medical technology including two DaVinci robots

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive base salary plus production bonuses and quality incentive bonuses

Opportunity for partnership track

35k signing incentive package

Extra call pay at $750 / day
