We are seeking a Driver/Equipment Operator to join our crew. This isn't just a driving job, this is an active role where you'll be an essential part of our pool surfacing team. You will transport, set up, and assist with the operation of specialized equipment, helping ensure our team delivers outstanding results on every project. If you're an experienced driver who enjoys hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a team environment, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and transport plaster pump trucks and other heavy equipment to job sites
- Assist in loading, unloading, materials, and setting up pumping systems for pool surfacing
- Perform routine maintenance on trucks and equipment to ensure they're in top shape
- Mix materials (lifting up to 100-pound bags of cement/sand) as needed for pool surfaces
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment maintenance, and deliveries
- Operate a forklift and other tools to assist in job preparation
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company best practices
- A Class A or B CDL driver's license is ideal. Class E is required.
- Experience with operating trucks and heavy equipment (pool or construction experience is a plus)
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (this is an active, physical role)
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel within the Kansas City region (some overnight stays may be required, with per diem provided)
- Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus
- Full Time Position
- Competitive pay at $30 to $35 per hour, plus overtime opportunities.

Salary : $30 - $35
